DELIVERY POLICY

İdex Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi – Nurly Brand


1. Delivery Method

All orders placed through Nurly are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo within Türkiye.
Shipping details, tracking number, and delivery stages are sent to the buyer via email once the order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

Ready-stock products: 1–3 business days
Products requiring production: 3–7 business days
During peak seasons (campaigns, official holidays, etc.), delivery times may be longer.

The courier company’s delivery time varies by region but is generally between 1–5 business days.

The Seller takes all necessary care to prepare the product on time; however, delays caused by the courier company are not the responsibility of the Seller.


3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Standard-Sized Products

Istanbul: 49 TL
Rest of Türkiye: 79 TL

3.2 Large Size (XL) Products

Especially 140×70 cm and similar large-size frames fall under the “XL / Oversized” category according to courier companies and are priced differently.

Istanbul XL products: 129 TL
Rest of Türkiye XL products: 159 TL

These fees are determined according to the courier companies’ desi and length criteria.

3.3 Free Shipping Campaign

Free shipping campaigns may be offered from time to time.
Campaign conditions are specified on the product page.


4. Delivery Address and Buyer Responsibilities

The address provided by the buyer during the order process is taken as the basis.

If delivery cannot be made due to address errors, incomplete address details, or the buyer not being present at the address, the responsibility belongs to the buyer.

If the shipment does not reach the buyer, the buyer may contact Yurtiçi Kargo using the tracking number or reach the seller via destek@nurly.com.tr.


5. Product Packaging

All products are packaged to minimize the risk of damage using:

  • Protective corner supports

  • Bubble wrap

  • Cardboard or special box

  • Extra protection layer for XL products

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product to the courier company without damage.


6. Damage at Delivery

6.1 Damage Detection at Courier Delivery

The product must be checked at the time of delivery.

A report must be prepared with the courier staff in the following cases:

  • If the box is damaged

  • If the product is broken, cracked, or bent

  • If the packaging is opened

Damage claims made without a report are often not accepted by courier companies.

6.2 Damage Notification

In case of damaged delivery, notification must be made to destek@nurly.com.tr with:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the damage

For defective products, the Seller covers all exchange and return costs.


7. Lost / Undelivered Shipment

The shipment can be tracked on Yurtiçi Kargo using the tracking number.

If the package is not delivered within 7 business days, the buyer may notify the Seller.

In case the shipment is lost, full responsibility belongs to the Seller, and a new product will be shipped.


8. Regions Where Delivery Cannot Be Made

In certain rural areas where Yurtiçi Kargo does not deliver, alternatives such as:

  • PTT pick-up point

  • Alternative address

  • Pickup from courier branch

may be applied.
This situation will be communicated to the buyer.


9. International Delivery

Currently, Nurly provides delivery only within Türkiye.
International shipping will be announced in the future.
