Buyer:
The individual who purchases product(s) via the Nurly brand.
(The Buyer’s name, address, and contact information provided during the order process shall be taken as the basis.)

The Seller and Buyer shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the sale, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, return procedures, and the rights and obligations of the Parties related to the products purchased by the Buyer through www.nurly.com.tr.

The essential characteristics of the products, sales prices, shipping fees, and payment–delivery terms are stated in the Pre-Information Form and on the relevant product pages before the order is placed.

3. Formation of the Agreement

Before completing the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and electronically approved:

- The Pre-Information Form

- This Distance Sales Agreement

Upon electronic approval, the payment obligation arises and the Agreement enters into force.

4. Products, Prices, and Shipping Fees

4.1 Product Information

The type, measurements, materials, and all features of the products are indicated on their respective product pages.

4.2 Prices

All prices are displayed inclusive of taxes (VAT included).

4.3 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are clearly stated during the order process and may vary depending on product size.

Large-format items such as 140×70 cm fall under the “XL / Oversized” category according to shipping companies and are therefore subject to different pricing than standard shipments.

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1 Payment

Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other methods offered by the Seller.

5.2 Delivery Time

Products ordered will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock and production schedule.
Delays caused by the shipping company are not under the Seller’s responsibility.

5.3 Delivery Address

Delivery is made to the address declared by the Buyer.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or the Buyer is not present at the location, the responsibility belongs to the Buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent within 14 days to:

Return conditions:

- The product must be unused

- The original packaging must be intact

- The invoice must be included

-Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer

If the product is defective, all return costs are covered by the Seller.

6.2 No Right of Withdrawal for Customized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

- Customized upon the Buyer’s request

- Produced in special or non-standard dimensions

- Modified or personalized in any way

These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulation.

7. Return Process

Once the returned product reaches the Seller, it is inspected.
If the return request is approved, the refund is issued within 14 days to the Buyer’s original payment method.

The Seller takes necessary care to finalize return transactions promptly.

8. Warranty, Defective Products, and Liability

If the Buyer receives a defective product, they may request:

- Replacement of the product

- Free repair

- Refund

The Seller is responsible for the product until it is delivered to the Buyer by the shipping company.

9. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

All personal data provided by the Buyer during the order process are processed solely for:

- Processing the order

- Completing delivery

- Fulfilling legal obligations

10. Resolution of Disputes

For disputes arising from this Agreement:

- Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade

- Consumer Courts for amounts exceeding these limitshall have jurisdiction.

11. Enforcement

This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic approval before payment.

The Seller reserves the right to update the provisions of this Agreement.
