2. Basic Information on the Products

The type, features, materials and images of the products are detailed on the relevant product pages.

Product dimensions may vary; standard products and custom-made products are categorized separately.

Large-sized products (e.g. 140×70 cm) are classified as “XL / Large Size” by shipping companies and may be subject to additional handling/shipping fees.

3. Sales Price and Additional Costs

Before placing an order, the following are clearly and transparently shown:

• The sales price of the product including VAT

• Shipping fee, if any

• Any additional XL / large-size shipping fee that may apply depending on the product size

• Any costs that may arise due to the chosen payment method

The amount displayed on the payment (checkout) page is the total amount to be charged to the Buyer.

4. Payment Methods

• Credit card

• Debit card

• Other electronic payment methods deemed appropriate by the Seller

Payment is collected in advance at the time of order.

5. Delivery Information

Products are handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock status and production schedule.

Delivery times may vary depending on the region of the Buyer.

Delays caused by the shipping company are not under the responsibility of the Seller.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

For the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to:

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused

• The original packaging and all accessories must be included

• The original invoice must be enclosed

The cost of return shipping belongs to the Buyer.

In the case of defective goods, all costs are covered by the Seller.

6.2 No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products

The following types of products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

• Products personalized upon the Buyer’s request

• Products produced in special/custom sizes

• Products on which modifications have been made

This practice is in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

7. Return Process

Once the returned product reaches the Seller, it is inspected.

If the return request is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment channel used by the Buyer.

8. Warranty and Defective Products

In case of delivery of a defective (deficient/defective) product, the Buyer has the right to:

• Request replacement,

• Request free repair, or

• Request a refund.

The product remains under the responsibility of the Seller until it is delivered to the Buyer by the shipping company.

9. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

The personal data provided by the Buyer during the order process are processed for the following purposes:

• Order transactions

• Delivery processes

• Tax and legal obligations

10. Dispute Resolution

In consumer disputes:

• Within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees;

• For amounts exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts

are authorized.

11. Entry into Force

Before making the payment, the Buyer declares that they have read and electronically accepted this Pre-Information Form.
